Thighs came over today to help me hang some pictures. Actually, I bribed her with dinner so that she would come over to help me hang some pictures.
On the menu tonight was mahi-mahi. I served it a diced peaches, tomatoes, cilantro, limes and olive oil salsa? Chutney? Not sure what it was but it was fresh and delicious; just the right amount of salt and sweet.
For a side dish, we had mushroom cous-cous (from a box so not really taking credit here) and a salad made with mesculun greens, plum tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, crumbled goat cheese and balsamic vinegar/olive oil.

We enjoyed a great 2005 Stormhoek pinotage from the western cape of South Africa that I picked up at Chelsea Wine Vault last week. It was jammy, young and full of fruit - just the way I like it!!!!

To top off the evening, we stopped off at Tasti-d-Lite for cake batter frozen yogurt. What a great way to spend a Sunday!
